BhaVik is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Yugensys. He focuses on building long-lasting client relationships, with a keen eye on organizations technology roadmap and delivery excellence.
BhaVik comes from a strong technical background that begun as a Microsoft programmer,
followed by project and delivery management roles with rich experience in outsourced product development.
BhaVik has vast experience in managing large scale teams working on software product delivery for various business
corporations in North America, EMEA, Singapore and Australia.
He also brings in strong domain knowledge of Media and Advertising industry, having played a key role in setting up and running large offshore product development teams for global Media companies.
Vaishakhi Panchmatia
Vaishakhi is the Co-founder and Director of Yugensys. Vaishakhi enables Yugensys to strengthen its overall technology focus.
She is proficient in designing and developing software solutions.
Vaishakhi demonstrates effective leadership skills by steering the team of professionals to deliver scalable, qualitative client deliverables
within budget and stipulated timeframes.
Vaishakhi brings strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, she has vast exposure building solutions using ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, SQL Server and Frontend Technologies like AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node.js and jQuery.
