Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs.
- Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to guide development teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate software functionality.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role (software industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement documentation, process flow diagrams, and wireframing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or AdTech industry domain knowledge would be plus
