Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and managing internal HR functions. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills in English, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

 
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
 
Internal HR Operations:
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Facilitate training and development programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
